The warranty covers construction and material defects present at the time of delivery.
The warranty period begins at the time of purchase.

With proper care and regular cleaning using non-aggressive, non-chemical products, your Innsout furniture is designed to offer years of outdoor comfort and enjoyment.

Your Innsout furniture is backed by a 5-year warranty, covering normal residential use and proper maintenance conditions. Please note that the situations listed below are excluded from the standard warranty coverage. The original receipt serves as proof of warranty.

material specific exclusions

Aluminium frame

Surface scratches and signs of normal use. Discolouration from prolonged exposure to salt air, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning agents.

Powder coat finish

Chipping or fading caused by abrasive cleaners, sharp impacts, or deliberate scratching. Minor colour variation between production batches is not a defect.

Quick-dry foam

Gradual compression and reduced load-bearing thickness under normal use over time. Damage from sharp objects, chemicals, or improper storage.

Outdoor plywood

Natural colour variation, grain differences, or tonal changes inherent to wood. Swelling, cracking, or delamination caused by prolonged water pooling.

Stainless steel hardware

Surface marks or minor oxidation caused by contact with incompatible metals (galvanic corrosion) or highly chlorinated/saline environments without regular rinsing.

Plastic caps & gliders (minor parts)

Considered consumable components. Wear, discolouration, or deformation from normal floor contact are not covered. Replacements available upon request.

Warranty Exclusions

The following void the warranty

— Normal wear and tear or damage caused by extreme weather conditions

— Damage resulting from the use of cleaning products other than approved innsout cleaners

— Repairs, assembly, or modifications carried out by unauthorised personnel

— Failure to follow the product assembly or care instructions

— Use outside normal private or commercial outdoor applications

— Damage caused by abnormal loads, impacts, misuse, or improper handling

— Relocation of the product without proper dismantling by authorised personnel

Proper Usage & Care

cleaning Use a lightly damp cloth. Avoid acetone, bleach, thinner, or abrasive pads on any surface.	aluminium & powder coat Rinse with fresh water periodically, especially in coastal or high-humidity environments.
foam cushions Store upright or flat. Keep away from sharp objects and prolonged standing water.	plywood panels Do not allow water to pool on surfaces. Clean promptly and allow to dry fully.
stainless steel Wipe dry after rain or salt exposure. Do not use steel wool or chlorine-based cleaners.	moving & storage Empty the product before relocating. Use protective padding during transport.
